1 - I just received my order and it is completely broken, crooked or defective, what should I do with it?

2 - I simply love my glasses but I cannot see out of them.

Our production unit has several manuals and automated quality loops. However – if your eyewear is crooked, torn, or has the wrong prescription then we dispatch a new pair of eyeglasses with the corrected prescription. 3 - It has been ages; I am still waiting for my order. Where is it?

We ensure that on average – all orders for Pakistan reach out to their desired recipients in 2-5 working days nationwide. However, for US, UK, and Canada, it may take 10-12 days to arrive. Eyeglasses.pk provides special attention to customer satisfaction by devising a friendly “Return & Exchange” policy, allowing customers to redeem a "One Time Exchange" on their order. However, the newly selected frame must have the same price as mentioned in the original order price.
Customers can also lodge a "Refund Request" in case the delivered item is not satisfactory for them. In this case - only the amount of the “Frame” will be refunded whereas the amount of the "Lenses" will be deducted from the total order price.
The following information should be provided by all customers at the time of claiming a new pair of glasses or a refund:
Prescription Issue: A copy of a prescription issued by an optician is mandatory
Warranty: Reported issues within 15 days of getting the eyeglasses
